My story - The Becoming HER Chapter

I’ve built businesses before.
I’ve helped others grow theirs.
I’ve learned the hard way what happens when you sacrifice yourself for success.

I know what it’s like to build something that works on paper — but leaves you burned out, disconnected, and questioning if you even want what you built.

When life forced me to pause, I made a decision:
This time, I would build my business and life differently.

I chose freedom over pressure.
Alignment over perfection.
Simplicity over overwhelm.
Expansion over exhaustion.

I invested in my nervous system, my identity, and my real desires. I stopped chasing someone else’s blueprint and started building the barefoot business I was meant for.
